Padma Agencies believes in realizing its vision through dedication, commitment, and hard work, in becoming a premier trading house for Industrial Chemicals.

Padma Agencies, a registered partnership firm, was incorporated in February 1973, as a trading house for Industrial Chemicals and is a part of the conglomerate of the Malani Group of Companies. The company is based in Hyderabad, a city in South-Central India that is well connected with all other metros across the country.

Management and Infrastructure

Padma Agencies is represented by Shri Gopal Das Malani - Managing Partner, Shri Ramesh Chand Malani, who is the Head - Business Operations, and Mr Shravan Malani, Head ­Marketing and Business Development. Mr G. S. Venkataraman - General Manager, assists in the overall management of the company.

Padma Agencies has branch offices in Chennai and Kakinada, and representatives in Bangalore and Coimbatore. It is also planning to set up offices in Calcutta and Western India to cater to the growing industrial demands. It also advertises in various Chemical Magazines such as Chemical Weekly and Chemical World, to reach out to the all India market for its products.

Padma Agencies is well equipped with ultra-modern infrastructure, automated work environment and has warehouses and storage facilities at all its offices. It has young and efficient manpower at all offices, to look after various organizational operations such as Management, Finance, Imports, Marketing, Purchases, Sales, Accounting, Dispatches, Documentation and other clerical work. Padma Agencies would shortly become one of the few Chemical Trading Houses in India to get an ISO 9000 status.

Financials

Padma Agencies has grown from strength to strength despite operating in a tough and highly competitive market. The company has had a steady 15%-20% financial growth over the last few years. This financial year too, it aims to continue with the growth achieved over the years.

Padma Agencies is consistently increasing its turnover and profitability and has capital and family funding of more than Rs 40 million in its Chemical Business. It has  excellent relations with bankers and required finances are available from them for business expansion.
